implications and consequences, understanding its causes and effects from a legal perspective is crucial. This article delves into the legal aspects surrounding the Russian-Ukraine conflict, exploring its causes and far-reaching ef ects on modern warfare.
By examining the conflict through a legal lens, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the
complex dynamics at play and the legal implications that arise from such conflicts in the contemporary global landscape.
Through an analysis of relevant international laws, treaties, and conventions, the article sheds light on the legal framework governing armed conflicts and examines the extent to which it has been adhered to or violated in the context of the Russian- Ukraine conflict.
